Privacy Policy

This policy explains what KlipFarm collects, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: support@klipfarmm.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and your password, which we store only as a secure one-way hash.
- What you make: the links you submit, the options you choose, songs you upload, and the clips we create for you.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and errors) used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run your account, make your clips, take payment, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account or changes to the service. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Where processing happens
Videos, speech-to-text for subtitles, and scene matching are processed on KlipFarm's own servers. We don't send your videos or songs to outside AI services. To fetch a video, our servers download it from the site you linked (such as YouTube, Twitch or Kick).
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers the service lives on.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Clips and uploaded songs are kept for at least 30 days, then may be deleted. Account details are kept while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@klipfarmm.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
KlipFarm isn't for people under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
